MAXINE J SCHEER, B.S., M.B.A.
PRESIDENT
Since founding Scheer Intelligence in 2005, Maxine has completed over 100 unique research assignments. Maxine's technical education and training in transportation, in combination with her research and critical thinking skills, have consistently proven useful in research that results in strategic insights, strengthens decision-making, and synthesizes research "data" into useful "strategic intelligence". The origin of Scheer Intelligence comes from having found this niche.
Unique to Scheer Intelligence is the application of mind mapping to transportation, in particular the mapping of stakeholders, stakeholder relationships, and stakeholder resources. Mind maps create a simple and elegant tool that communicates the big picture of a complex challenge, project, program, or system.
